We continually offer an increasingly complete and reliable service, however, BIE srl mechanics workshop also deals with producing metal parts thanks to the use of state-of-the-art mechanical presses; equipment which is capable of guaranteeing high quality manufacturing.

In the tools department it is also possible to carry out wire and die-sinking EDM, a procedure that allows the processing of conductive materials of all kinds, for example hardened steels, super-fast steels and hard metals.

Furthermore, high-precision mechanical assembly is also carried out by personnel with experience in a wide range of applications.

The technical office of BIE srl of San Giovanni in Persiceto uses professional software which is among the best in the sector for designing parts.

VISI PROGRESS, Vero International Software, a specific 3D CAD system for the design of dies and sheet metal cutting;
CADRA, a 2D CAD system.
