Pioneers in metal works
High-precision mechanics workshop in San Giovanni in Persiceto
Founded in 1979, the high-precision BIE srl mechanics workshop is based in San Giovanni in Persiceto, in the province of Bologna, and carries out a wide range of high-level metal and mechanical processes.
For example, the workshop deals with constructing dies for sheet metal cutting and producing metal components made by mechanical presses.
We offer many years of experience as the two founding partners are still in charge of the company. Actually, over the years, BIE srl has lead the way in high-precision mechanics processing to become a benchmark in the industry throughout the province of Bologna, thanks to the quality of its work and timely deliveries.
Working with numerical control machines
Due to many years working in the industry, we have gained a lot of experience and accumulated a wide range of skills, This is what has helped the high-precision mechanics workshop of San Giovanni in Persiceto gain knowledge about the many processing systems and to always be able to respond to your needs and requirements.
Our history
Along with our experience we also offer innovation. After many years in the industry it is essential to always keep pace with technology, which is what BIE srl has done. Today we are proud to be technologically advanced and at the cutting-edge.
For example, we are able to carry out complex processes with the help of numerical control machines. Therefore it is possible to carry out projects and build dies, even for numerically consistent productions.
3 departments for creating and assembling component
BIE srl of San Giovanni in Persiceto is structured in 3 departments which offers complete service in every aspect and with excellent organisation that also allows you to kerb costs and, more importantly, time.
- Tools
This department is dedicated to designing metal components and also to more traditional processes such as cutting and milling. It therefore deals with development, processing components and tools in the broadest sense. - Pressing department
Dedicated to heavier work, such as bending and sheet metal pressing. Massive components, which require strength and energy during production, come to life in this department. - Assembly department
This is where everything is put together. The previous two departments are mainly dedicated to creating components, whereas here that the mechanical machines assemble them, thanks to the use of mechanical rotating table units.
